Anne-Marie is an Economic Development Consultant and Professional Director specializing in the food and fibre sector. She’s led the start-up of several small businesses and is on the MPI Food & Fibre Investment Advisory Panel, Agri Women’s Development Trust and the Whanganui Economic Development Agency. A keen conservationist, she spent six years on the Taranaki Whanganui DOC Board. In a former role as Kaiwhakahaere of Te Kaahui o Rauru, she led her iwi in opposing seabed mining. Anne-Marie is a Trustee and Chair of Whenuakura Marae and Co-Chair of the water catchment group where she lives in Paakaraka.
