Richard is the General Manager Property and has an extensive background in commercial property within New Zealand and Australia.
Prior to joining PKW, Richard was the Operations and Commercial Manager for Papa Rererangi i Puketapu (New Plymouth Airport) where he was actively involved in the design and construction of the new terminal, forging many hapū and community partnerships along the way. Before returning home to Taranaki in 2016 with his young family, Richard looked after commercial property at Christchurch International Airport.
Richard was born and bred on a West Coast lease and is a previous PKW scholarship recipient and a future PKW shareholder. He is actively involved with his pā and hapū.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Valuation and Property Management, Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance.
