Te Rau Rengarenga/Committee of Management
The seven-member Committee of Management are elected by the shareholders and between them possess a wealth of expertise and skills.
Te Rau Ruru & Te Māngai Rautitikura/Independent Expertise
PKW has the support of two independent Farm directors appointed by the Committee of Management and a Shareholder Representative on the PKW Trust who is elected by the Shareholders. Together they bring a rich set of skills and expertise that adds to the quality of our decisions.
Te Rau Manawanui/Executive Leadership Team
PKW employs a talented group of people and at the helm of this waka is the Chief Executive Aisha Ross. We are four strategic business units who work together to achieve our strategic priorities. The diversity of our business interests requires a diverse set of skills and networks making PKW a dynamic place to work.

Annual Reports
The Annual Report tells the story of our performance for the previous year as well as who we are, what we have achieved and most importantly where we’re going. Although the report focuses on a small window in time, collectively they record our journey since 1976.
